We work hard to keep the site available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date. We may change or remove content at any time.

We may change our prices from time to time. Price changes won't affect orders you've already paid for.

If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before your order is completed, or refund you in full if it has already been processed.

Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through.

Your product is delivered digitally, by email and/or a download link shown after checkout. Delivery is usually immediate.

Please use an email address you can access, and check your spam, junk or promotions folder if you can't see our email.

Please download and save your files to your own device as soon as you can.

If your download won't arrive or won't open, email admin@liamanah.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll help you sort it out.

If you're not happy, email admin@liamanah.com within 14 days of your purchase to ask for a full refund.

We won't ask you questions beyond what we need to find your order (for example, the email address you used and the product you bought).

Refunds are made to your original payment method. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.

Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the files ends, and you must delete all copies of the files you downloaded or printed.

Any currency conversion or bank fees charged by your own bank are outside our control and can't be refunded by us.

Be kind and respectful to us and to other mothers.

Don't post or send anything abusive, hateful, threatening, misleading or unlawful.

Don't share other people's private information.

Don't use our content, comments or community to advertise or spam.

You'll join our email list. We'll send you the resource, plus newsletters, encouragement and news about our products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

The same personal licence in section 4 applies. Please don't share, upload or resell free resources either. Point friends to our site so they can sign up themselves.

We may change or stop offering a free resource at any time.

Our content is not medical, psychological, therapeutic or legal advice, and it isn't a substitute for professional help. Using it doesn't create a therapist-client relationship of any kind.

We don't give fiqh rulings. For religious rulings, please consult a qualified scholar.

Every child and every family is different, so results vary. We can't promise any particular outcome.

We're not responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable when you bought from us, or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control (such as internet outages, device problems or issues with third-party platforms).

How you choose to use our content with your family is your decision and responsibility. Please use your own judgement and seek professional help where it's needed.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
