Disclaimer

Salam Alaykum, Sis. Before you dive in, here's what our resources are, and what they're not.

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This disclaimer applies to everything Liamanah shares: our website (liamanah.com), our digital products, free downloads, emails and social media content.

1. Educational and spiritual, not professional advice

Our resources, including Mommy's Dua Book and The Jannah Moms Calm & Cooperation Scripts, are educational and spiritual. They are based on Positive Discipline and Islamic Values, and they're written to support you in your own home.

They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic or legal advice, and they aren't a substitute for therapy or professional treatment. Reading or using our content doesn't create a therapist-client relationship, or any other professional relationship, of any kind.

2. Who's behind Liamanah

Liamanah was founded by Zuliat Lawal, a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator and a mother herself.

Zuliat is not a doctor, psychologist, therapist, lawyer or Islamic scholar. She shares what she has learned through her Positive Discipline training, her study of Islamic parenting and her own experience as a mother.

3. Islamic content

Where we share Qur'an verses, hadith, duas or Islamic guidance, we cite them to their sources so you can check them for yourself.

We do not give fiqh rulings. For questions of Islamic law or for a ruling on your own situation, please consult a qualified scholar you trust.

4. Your choices are yours

You know your child and your family best. Please use your own judgement when applying anything you read here, and adapt it to your child's age, needs and circumstances. If you have concerns about your child's health, development or behaviour, please speak to a qualified professional.

5. Results vary

Every child, every mother and every home is different. We can't promise that any script, dua or approach will lead to a particular result, or that it will work in the same way or at the same speed for you as for someone else.

6. About testimonials

The testimonials you see on our site come from mothers who took part in earlier Liamanah courses and from members of our community. They reflect those mothers' own experiences. They are not a guarantee, or a prediction, of the results you'll get.

7. Your safety comes first

If a child is in danger, or you're struggling with your mental health, please don't wait. Contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional straight away.

If your heart is carrying something heavier than these pages can hold, reaching out for help is a form of trust in how Allah provides for us.

8. Accuracy of information

We work hard to make sure our content is accurate and helpful, but we can't guarantee that everything on our site or in our products is complete, current or free from errors. If you spot something that needs correcting, please email admin@liamanah.com and we'll look into it.

9. Links to other websites

Our site, products and emails may link to other websites, videos and resources. We share these because we think they may be helpful, but we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link doesn't mean we endorse everything on that site.

We don't currently use affiliate links. If this changes, we'll clearly tell you when a link earns us a commission.

10. Facebook and Meta

This site is not a part of the Facebook website or Facebook Inc. This site is NOT endorsed by Facebook in any way. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

This site is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Google, YouTube or TikTok.
